Two years of planning and construction to see this mezzanine addition and condo renovation project through. A few hurdles included lengthy HOA approvals, concrete and steel testing, steel hoisting, precision steel fabrication and careful execution.

Now this residence has reimagined living spaces, highly functional kitchen, and expanded area with an inserted mezzanine floor for additional lounge and work space.
